How to use the E-rank web application for applying the E-rank Method:

1. Create a file for upload using the required format below.
2. Provide a valid email address and upload the file using the form provided.

Coordinates must map to the hg19 reference genome.

NOTE:
Uploaded data files are deleted from our server as soon as the E-rank calculation is complete. Results files are deleted from our server after two days.
